Running Routines
My current running routine consists of the following:
- Monday – Day Off unless I feel good I’ll do 4.6 Miles
- Tuesday 5.2 Miles
- Wednesday – Day Off unless I feel good I’ll do 4.6 Miles
- Thursday 3.75 Miles
- Friday – Day Off
- Saturday 7 Miles
- Sunday (possible 5.2 miles)
- Total Miles – 15.95 (assuming Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday runs)
