Below are the exercise programs I am currently doing or have done in the past.

DVD Programs

  • Les Mills Pump (March 2013 – May 2013)
  • Les Mills Combat (Core Abs July 2013 – Sept 2013)
  • p90X Original (July 2013 – September 2013)

Dumbbell Workouts

  • My Dumbbell Home/Hotel Workout  (October 2013 – December 2013)

Running Routines

My current running routine consists of the following:

  • Monday – Day Off unless I feel good I’ll do 4.6 Miles
  • Tuesday 5.2 Miles
  • Wednesday – Day Off unless I feel good I’ll do 4.6 Miles
  • Thursday 3.75 Miles
  • Friday – Day Off
  • Saturday 7 Miles
  • Sunday (possible 5.2 miles)
  • Total Miles – 15.95 (assuming Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday runs)
